Founded by nail artist Ashley, Pretty Poison was born from a love of self expression and the kind of alternative beauty that doesn’t fit into a box — and never wants to. We specialize in bold, expressive nail designs with a spooky, glam-goth twist. Whether you’re craving razor-sharp stilettos, intricate artwork, or a vibe that is all you; this is your safe space to get creative and be unapologetically you! At Pretty Poison, inclusivity isn’t a buzzword — it’s the backbone of our salon. We welcome all identities, backgrounds, and styles, and pride ourselves on maintaining a chill, judgment-free atmosphere. CANCELLATION POLICY
LATE ARRIVALS- After 10 minutes with no communication your appointment will be considered a no show and the no show fee of 75% of the scheduled service will apply. I reserve the right to cancel future appointments due to frequent no shows, rescheduling and cancellations. CANCEL/Rescheduling- Please cancel or your appointment before 48 hours or you will incur a 50% cancellation fee and you will need to pay a deposit to rebook. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before with no fee. Frequent rescheduling may incur a fee and/or being banned from rebooking. There is no guarantee you will be able to be rescheduled and may have to wait for an appointment. No refunds on deposits paid for any reason. NO SHOWS- If not for a true emergency, No shows will incur a 75% charge of the no showed service and a second no shows means you will be banned from rebooking . CHILDREN-Our salon is not equipped for children. We often watch movies and listen to music, as well as have conversations that are not appropriate for children. We do not alter our day to day if a guest decides to violate our policy and bring children. Should you violate this policy, you assume all risk and liability for your child including but not limited to injury and damages. Your child must not disturb other guests under and circumstance. My Salon is an LGBTQ+ safe space and do not tolerate hate speech in any form including but not limited to: homophobia, transphobia, racism, and other intolerant vibes in my space. Please respect my space and my peace 🫶❤️ No matter what nationality, religion, sexuality, etc you come from you’re safe with me. DO NOT EMAIL TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AS I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS AS A VALID FORM OF NOTICE. By booking with me you agree to these terms as outlined in this policy.
